The Home physio is a small family run service providing physiotherapy in your own home, retirement property or care home.

​My wife and I relocated down to Eastbourne when the opportunity to study physiotherapy at the University of Brighton arose.

​

The Home Physio started to enable people in our local community to have additional or continuing physiotherapy in the comfort of their own home. People feel more at ease in their own home, which leads to a more collaborative approach, while addressing any functional obstacles within the home and local community that is impacting on daily living.

I have a BSc (Hons) degree in physiotherapy and I am registered with the Health Care Professionals Council (HCPC). Additionally, I am member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists (CSP).

 

We at The Home Physio endeavour to provide quality evidence based physiotherapy working towards achieving your very own personal goals.

During my studies and after qualifying I have had the opportunity to work in the local community of Eastbourne and surrounding areas, helping those regain their maximum potential while improving their quality of life. This is where I saw first-hand that it is after discharge from hospital where physical problems can start and when rehabilitation really begins.
